What is The Social Graze?

The Social Graze is a luxury charcuterie cart experience serving weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, birthdays, and special celebrations throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area. Our cart allows guests to build their own custom charcuterie plates with premium meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and accompaniments.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

How does the charcuterie cart work?

Our team arrives before your event to professionally set up the cart. Guests visit the cart throughout service and build their own charcuterie plates from a curated selection of premium ingredients.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We offer packages for events of all sizes:

The Gather: Up to 75 guests

The Social: 76–150 guests

The Signature: 151+ guests

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. Most clients reserve their date 2–6 months in advance.

What is included in each package?

Every package includes: Premium meats and cheeses, Seasonal fruit, Artisan crackers and breads, Honey and preserves, Professional cart setup and styling, Service for the selected package duration, Cleanup following service, Package details vary based on guest count and package selection.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We can accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian options. Please let us know your needs when requesting a quote.

Do you provide plates and serving items?

Yes. We provide disposable serving ware for guests to enjoy their selections during the event.

How long is service?

Service time varies by package. Additional service hours may be added based on availability.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

What happens if my guest count changes?

We understand guest counts can change. We’ll work with you to make adjustments before your event according to our booking policies.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes. The Social Graze maintains appropriate business insurance and follows applicable food safety requirements.
